the staff and people generally were superbly friendly and amazingly nice. the team provided a good service and the room was good sized and very pretty with a beautiful decoration, a/c and communal sofas.

The views from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. the host was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable information about the city and local markets.
Finding the hotel was quite challenging as there were no clear signs indicating its location. This made navigating through the narrow streets of the city a bit confusing.

A friendly, helpful place to stay, reasonably convenient for exploring the Medina and Souks, or for turning towards the Cité Nouuvelle.

Transfer from airport was perfect, I don't think we could have found the Riad without. Staff was really friendly and although not that good in English, did their best to answer all our questions. When we took a 3 day desert trip, we could even leave excess bagage in the riad, without extra costs. Riad itself was very nice and clean. Location is perfect, 10 min walk from Jemaa el Fna. Breakfast was excellent.
Our room was somewhat moist, all day long. Which resulted in 'wet' pillows. Washed clothed did not dry.

Stay here! This place is a delight. The staff are fantastic. The food is beyond delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and exotic at the same time. And the location is ideal. When I return to Marrakech I will definitely book my room at the Riad Amra.

Staff where fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us. We felt very much at home. The roof top terrace was very nice and a great way of relaxing in the evening after a day on the town.
The Riad is currently undergoing maintenance and it was quite dusty.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, providing useful guidance and assistance. The room was cozy with traditional Moroccan furnishings and the daily housekeeping added a nice touch. The courtyard is a beautiful oasis to relax and unwind, and the delicious Moroccan-style breakfast is a great start to the day.
There was a minor issue with moisture in the small paddling pool in the courtyard, but it didn't affect our stay.

Beautiful oasis of calm away from the madness of the markets. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff always very friendly. Breakfast delicious
Advertised swimming pool is really just for decoration. Some staff had very limited English. Not very soundproof, we could clearly hear the noise of breakfast being prepared early in the morning!
